use microsoft.public.security.crypto newsgroup.

Are you installing the certificate for user or for machine?

Are you creating the request on the same machine where you are executing
acceptPKCS7 call?
what are the ACL's for the key container (usually %userprofile%\application
data\microsoft\crypto\rsa\<user sid>\)?

Thanks,
