Hi Ryan

I cant use CryptSignVerify and CryptSignHash becouse I am
using my own function to hash the document.

If I cant use CryptDecrypt and CryptEncrypt why are they
provided for. ? I can encrypt and decrypt Data using the
handle to the provider within the same application.

But I when I create the handle from two different
application decryption fails. This is really annoying..
