The error code means " An attempt was made to reference a token that does
not exist".
1) Is this a W2k or W2k3 CA
2) Is it a Standalone or enterprise CA
Can you check then event log on the CA if there is any information.
Set SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CertSvc\Configuration\loglevel to 5
for W2k CA
