How to add custom CSP to list of CSPs at CA enrollment page ?

Does anybody know how to add a custom CSP to the two default CSPs that appear in the list
of CSPs at the CA enrollment page (Gemplus and Schlumebrger), when one wishes to perform Smartcard certificate Enrollment at the http://CAstation/certsrv ?
