I want to make a tool,when writing to CD-RW,it catches the command and do some
encryption work on the files before writing.And when reading from CD-RW,my tool decrypts
the files before it sended to user.
How can I start? Or is there any existed tool?

Re: named pipe question ... It only blocks until a process connects to it for writing.... This command will block until the writing process has closed the pipe. ... Because you opened fin for both reading and writing, ... (comp.lang.python)
