Unless you have their password (it sounds like you don't) you probably want
to use SSPI which can use kerb.
Start with the KerbAuth sample in the SDK.
Additionally, there is an excellent write up and sample of this topic in
"Programming Server-Side Applications for Microsoft Windows 2000"
