mobile telephone re-routing

Can anyone please inform me if it is possible for someone
to re-route my mobile telephone communication via their
pc.I have a freind who is dyslexic but very,very advanced
in the use of computers and I believe he has devised a
program on his computer to re-rout my ph calls so he can
overhear me.I thank one and all for responses.I am not
very computer literate other than basic.THANK YOU
