schannel and maximum message size

A quick question:

KB300562 explains that schannel used to incorrectly report the SSL maximum
message (record) size as
16379 bytes instead of the SSL spec size of 16384 bytes (16K). This problem
is reportedly fixed in W2K sp3

Which version of schannel.dll for XP/2003 fixed this problem? For example
schannel.dll build 5.1.2600 on vanilla XP exhibits this problem also.
