Hi Jamo,

You can get a comprehensive introduction to SSL on Windows in the book
"Programming Server Side Applications" Jeffrey Richter / Jason Clark. Refer
Chapter 12 -> "SSL with the SSPI"

Once you read the book, implementing a SSL client will be a trivial task.
