I have checked your problem, and it seems that ICF has some problems in
Win2k3 server. Being a microsoft.public.platformsdk.securityspecialist, I
have done my best to help resolve this problem for you, however,I am not an
expert in this field, If you would like further assistance on this issue, I
suggest you posting this issue in
"microsoft.public.windows.server.networking" newsgroups to get the
appropriate solution.
