AcceptSecurityContext problem on WinXP

I'm having problems using AcceptSecurityContext() to test a security
context on WinXP. It is only a problem on WinXP when it is not part of a
domain or has not had the Network Setup Wizard run on it. Can someone
explain why, and possibly if there is a way to correct this, or does one of
the above always need to be done?
Thanks,
Anthony
