Not that I know of.

I will ask them to perform this test.
Is the best way to do this to use the "Active Directory
Users and Computers" MMC snap-in to create a new user
and than manually set all the properties that were set
for the old user on the new user? Or is there a tool
that would do a better job of this?
Is there a tool that will dump all the properties for a
user in a text format or in a format I can view it w/o
access to the DS? This could be useful for me to be able
to see the properties of the user in question.
Thanks for you help,
Joseph
