SI_OWNER_RECURSE question [ISecurityInformation]

Good day!

I have a question. I can set this flag(si_owner_recurse) and ACEditor show
appropriate check box but how i can get it state? MSDN says that: "The
access control editor does not perform the recursion; the recursion should
be performed by the application in ISecurityInformation::SetSecurity" but
... how =)? SecurityInformation doesn't contain this information.
