CryptGenKey fails with CALG_3DES

Hi,
CryptAcquireContext has been called with MS_ENHANCED_PROV and RSA_FULL ...
Also the high Encryption pack is installed.
But CryptGenKey only works with CALG_DES but when calling it with CALG_3DES
or CALG_3DES_112 it always fails.
Does anyone know the reason for this?
