I can't find the term "UPN", or even an "@" sign in the documentation of
LsaLogonUser. Granted, I've never actually called LsaLogonUser, so I may be
missing something. Note, for instance that LookupAccountName relies on
non-UPN format names. Maybe it's a bit like the old days of long file
names, where there were two names for the same file, but no good way of
getting from one to the other.
