Thanks for your answer. We have implemented EAP-TTLS (TLS) on Windows 2K and
XP and

this uses the SChannel CSP of Microsoft for the Crypto.

Are their other commercial CSPs available for Windows 9x and Windows CE 4.x?

If not we will write our own CSP ;)
