unlock Win2000 server

Hi,

Is there a utility program we can run in the scheduler
that will unlock (send CTRL-ALT-DEL/ID/pwd) a Win2000
server?

Someone in the scripting newsgroup responded that it
cannot be done using scripting.

Please help.
