FTPS Clients with IIS7

Hello:

When will Microsoft's FTP.EXE and Internet Explorer support FTP over SSL (FTPS) as it is implemented in IIS7?

Also, are there any other FTPS clients besides the following that anyone knows of?

SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com)
FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/)
Moveit Freely (http://www.standardnetworks.com/moveitfreely/)
CoreFTP (www.coreftp.com)
