Yes, this is correct. We can control the supported ciphers for schannel by
modifying the registry. After you disable SSL2.0 and reboot the server, no
clients will be able to access the SSL site with SSL 2.0 protocol any more.

To test if the setting has taken effect, you can simply specifiy the
protocol used by IE in Internet Options->Advanced and then browse to the
site to chreck the result.
