Upgrading from IIS 5.1 to IIS 6.0

Hi,

I'm developing a web app using VS 2005 (C#) and SQL Server 2005 on Win XP
Pro SP2. The app will be deployed under IIS 6.0, so I need to upgrade IIS on
my machine from 5.1 to 6.0. My Windows CD has 5.1.

1. Are there any compatibility issues between IIS 6.0 and Win XP Pro, SP2?
2. Where can I download 6.0 from? All my searches on MS KB display IIS
issues rather than where to download from.
3. Will installing IIS 6.0 create a separate web server side by side with
IIS 5.1 (a la multiple .Net Framework versions running side by side)? If not,
will 6.0 completely uninstall 5.1?
4. And are there any issues there installing 6.0 on top of 5.1? Should I
attempt to first manually remove 5.1? And of so how do I go about it?
5. Can anybody point me to any articles that discuss these issues?

Thank you in advance for any help on this issue.
