Re: Using SSL with 2 WebSites

I assume that the FQDN of SharePoint internal is actually
sharepoint.internal.abc.com
This can not use the same certificate as sharepoint.abc.com, unless you buy
a wildcard certificate for *.abc.com and host them on the same server.
As they are both using ssl, why can you not have internal and external users
both access the same web site? Or you could publish one site as https with
Basic authentication for the internet, and another as http with Windows
Integrated for the intranet.

I have installed Windows SharePoint Services and I am using SSL with
it.

We are going to have 2 domains, one internal and one external, but in
IIS they are still the same vitural site.

Is there a way I can get SSL to work with both domians?

Such as https://sharepoint (internal) and https://sharepoint.abc.com
(external)

If this is the wrong group please point me to the correct one

Thank You
