Internet Guess Account Permissions

In order for FrontPage Extensions Forms to work, what permissions does the
Internet Guess Account IUSR_DZR001 user have to have???

It seems to me to get it to work I have to give it "Read & Execute", "List",
"Read", and "Write".

I just want to make sure that is correct since security is suppose to be so
important.
