Hi,
Misconfigured TCP/IP settings on the server could also cause this. Make sure
that you have correct IP address (you probably do) but also pay attention to
subnet mask and default gateway...
If these are correct, make sure that are no network devices that are
blocking this access (e.g. router access lists, firewalls, ...)...
Can you access (e.g. ping) any other computer from the other location? Can
you access the other location computers from your webserver1?
