To add more info... in part of troubleshooting I decided to just enter this
URL http://67.1.1.1 from the machine where i'm getting the error.. and that
page is going to the router's admin page.

So what it seems like is that the router is forwarding outside people's port
80 HTTP requests to the web server, but when I try it from inside the
network, the router is only looking at itself.. is that resasonable to
conclude? how to fix?
