Hi there,
I need some advice with IIS. Usually, we're running Apache, yet some
apps need IIS. No problem so far, a Win2k3 Server is hosting these
applications.
Actually, one of the sites (located below the default website)
is not accessible. The site requires anonymous access in order
to display an authentication form. Unfortuneately, the form is
not loading, instead a windows auth dialog is presented. The
application is being told to use FormsAuth (which is working
fine for some other app).
I guess, the password for IUSR_MACHINENAME is not
set correcty. I don't know the password (if there is any for
this anonymous internet guest account) and if I'm going to
reset it, I have to chance it in any other site using that account.
Any hints, ideas?
Greetings from Hanau, Germany
