IIS 6.0 After Service pack 1 2003 Server

Why is it a problem to make a new virtual site with FP extensions after SP1
It is an Acces denied problem . i have a video wnd it shows before and after
install SP1 in a Server 2003 . the link is below

Jag har installerat 2003 Srv + Srvpack1 och skulle in och lägga upp några
webbsiter med server extensions detta gick bra men sen när jag skulle lägga
upp virtuella siter med frontpage stöd så blev det tvärnit.

Finns det några tips på Howtos eller nån guideline ..

Jag har spelat in en video över scenariot , noteras är att på
default website så fungerar FP extensions som innan upgrade med SP1
men de siter som man skapade själv före upgrade funker inte
att köra virtuella siter med FP Extensions .
