    Hmm. Well, I cannot reproduce that, and I really have no other suggestions
    other than to ask you to try this on WS03SP1.

    My server and the workstations that I am trying to allow access are all in
    the same subnet (103.118.114.x, 255.255.255.128).  When I click the DNS
    lookup for my IP address it resolves quickly and correctly.  I have tried
    denying all except the exclusions and added my IP to the exclusion list
    (130.118.114.016).  I receive the 403.6 error when I do this.  I have also
    tried adding a group with the following settings (130.118.114.1,
    255.255.255.128) and still receive the 403.6 error.
