Hmm. Well, I cannot reproduce that, and I really have no other suggestions
other than to ask you to try this on WS03SP1.

My server and the workstations that I am trying to allow access are all in the same subnet (103.118.114.x, 255.255.255.128). When I click the DNS lookup for my IP address it resolves quickly and correctly. I have tried denying all except the exclusions and added my IP to the exclusion list (130.118.114.016). I receive the 403.6 error when I do this. I have also tried adding a group with the following settings (130.118.114.1, 255.255.255.128) and still receive the 403.6 error.
