    Please help !

I build a server from scratch, installed Windows Server 2000 (Service Pack
4), IIS the . NET Framework (version 1.1) and Visual Studio .NET 2003 on it.
I used Windows Integrated Security by means of setting up users on Active
Directory that is referenced from K2 . NET software (that contains these user
groups, etc.). I tested the web app by creating a default HTML page that
does show up when called. I did set Internet Explorer Security also to
Integrated Windows Authentication under the Advanced security tab. I also
had a version of the same software with the exact same security settings for
Internet Exploerer, IIS and K2 on another server that works fine without the
App Domain error. When I try to call the HomePage.aspx page of the
application - it gives the following error message:

    MESSAGE IN WEB BROWSER:

    Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is
currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to
    retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific
request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server.
Please review this log entry to discover what cuased this error to occur.

    APPLICATION EVENT LOG ENTRY:

    Source: ASP.NET 1.1.4322.0
    Category: None
    Type: Error
    Event ID: 1088
    Computer: EMSERVER2
Description: Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be
created. Error 0x80070005 Access is denied.

What is the solution to this problem ?

    Thanks for assisting us.
