Copy Project Fails after Win2003Srvr SP1 install

I've spent hours trying to activate the right security rights to allow Copy
Project in VS to work but no luck. Strange thing is it actually copied some
of the files and then failed with "Unable to add file .... to the project. An
error occured accessing your Frontpage web files."

What has SP1 done to kill the ability to publish files using FP extensions?
