If it is an XPSP2 issue, then it cannot be an IIS issue. In your case, IIS
is running on SBS2003. If ITC cannot send the user credentials to ISA when
running on XPSP2, then isn't that a problem with ITC on XPSP2 and not with
IIS?
Personally, I think you are more likely seeing some security change on XPSP2
that *may* affect authentication, and if so, the proper MS support
professional should be able to figure that out. If it was truly an IIS
issue, they should have transferred your case to the MS support folks
specializing in IIS.
I'm not trying to bounce you around nor ignore you. I just do not see any
logical connections that this is an IIS issue.

Hi I have an access app using the ms transfer control to post to a web site. The pc is a win xp sp2 connected to a sbs 2003 (with isa200). The itc posts fine when run on a pre-winxp sp2 machine but not on the only xp sp2 machine we have on the network. MS support has told me that it is because the internet transfer control cannot send the user credential to the ISA to perform the user authentication and that this is an IIS issue. Could someone please help me to solve this problem i.e. allowing itc to post from a win xp sp2 machine? As mentioned, the app works fine on xp pre-sp2 so it is likely an xp sp2 issue. Thanks Regards
