I was using RPC over HTTP and now for some reason whenever I try to access
    the /rpc directory I get.

401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested
    resource.

I though it might be my certificate so I removed it and got a new one and
it's still doing it. The only thing I noticed that was kinda weird that might
be relate was, that when accessing the rpc directory from another computer
when it see's the certificate it says it's invalid. The server looks find no
errors or flags or anything. If I access the https side of the server in the
root directory it shows the right page. Which leads me to believe it may not
be the certificate. Any help on this would be great I've spent all day today
    trying to figure this out.
