Hi John,
To enable this option, you would have to first setup Microsoft Enterprise CA
in your domain (CA that is integrated with Active Directory)... Next step
would be to make your web server a domain member server. Now the web server
(that is member of domain) could request the certificate directly from
Microsoft Enterprise CA.
In any other scenario, you have to save the request to a file and use some
other way (e.g. web form) to submit it to CA server...
