    You have simple file sharing switched on.

    go to windows explorer, then go to tools->folder options. in the view tab is
    a scrolling panel, and right at the bottom of that is the option for simple
    file sharing. kill it.

    now you have the security tab. It shouldn't require a reboot. and you also
    shouldn't need to share any directories.
