I see the User_XXXX checked in the Directory Security Tab of the WebSite in
IIS, and I see it listed in the Virtual Site Folder (C:\NTS).

I have tried Permissions Wizard and I get an error about the Parent Node not
being configured correctly, but I have not figured out how to fix this.
