Based on the symptoms that you have described, it doesn't sound like the
proper Web Service Extension has been enabled yet. Please check the
following kb article for instructions on enabling Web Service Extensions:
<http://support.microsoft.com/?id=315122>. By default IIS 6 has ASP,
ASP.Net, WebDav, ISAPI, and CGI disabled in order to minimize the surface
area that malicious users have to attack.

information.
