You are running something on IIS that is using lots of memory. Only you can
determine whether it is normal or not -- every server runs different
software with different characteristics.
Unless you can determine a server's operating footprint for resources, you
cannot determine whether the current behavior is abnormal or not... so I
suggest getting comfortable with figuring out how much resources your
applications actually require.
