| I am having the following issue:
| In IIS 4.0, a stopped Web site will not respond on IP_Address:Port 80.
IIS
| 5.0, will continue to respond on Port 80, but will not publish Web
Requests.
| This happens on FTP also. The problem is that the Load Balancer thinks
that
| the site is up, because the IP_Address:Port combo is still UP:UP. I have
a
| workaround for Web, but my major hangup is FTP. Is there a way to change
| this behavior, to match IIS 4.0s behavior. Any help would be greatly
