There is no need to do that. You control the encryption level for such
connections at the server. The IE client is backwards compatible with lower
encryption levels, otherwise when you upgrade to 128-bit encryption, you
would lose the ability to surf to web sites using lower encryption.
Are you having a problem? If we knew the problem, we might be better able
to assist.
