Hi,

The user should not need elevated NTFS permissions, just the necessary level
of permissions inside the FPSE administration website.

Can you provide more detailed steps indicating what permissions the
particular Windows account has? (eg to verify that the Windows account has
the appropriate permissions, where did you go? -or- How did you setup the
permissions for this particular Windows account in FPSE?)
