There are thousands of possible viruses.
The best way to get rid of a virus is to use reputable anti-virus software
(such as McAfee, or Symantec's Norton Antivirus)
There is another class of nasty software called spyware (also known as
malware, or adware). Most antvirus software does not remove this because
they are not real viruses. To get rid of these try: AdAware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) and Spybot Search and Destroy:
