RE: SSL not working due to IIS missing private key

I ran Microsoft SSL Diag tool and on the bad web server, I got this:

#WARNING: You have a private key that corresponds to this certificate but CryptAcquireCertificatePrivateKey failed

That is the key to why this machine's SSL does not work compare to my other web server, all other things being equal.

Anyway to fix it?
