Thanks for the KB articles, Paul. I tried each of those and none seemed to
help. Also installed the security patch listed but it didn't solve the
problem either. I did notice that when I ran netstat -an that the IP isn't
bound to 443 with the specific IP that is being used. It is bound to
0.0.0.0:443 and SSL in IIS is set to respond to all unassigned. Do we need
to specifically bind it?

We set up the certificate as a stand-alone root CA. Do we need to set up an
enterprise root ca first?
