Can't create object

I am having this problem for several months and I don't really know what is the cause. I have an asp page which call a Vb component. Everything works fine for days, maybe weeks, but sometimes I receive the "Can't create object" error.
When this happens, different tool connected with this component are working well. But if I close the tool and try to reopen, I receive the same error of the ASP page. The only solution is to close/ReOpen the VB Compoent and everything is working well again. I don't have any idea what's going on...if you have any advices..I really appreciate
