Hi Philip,

open IIS management console and right click Default Web Site. Select
properties, and then select Directory Security and on the bottom select
Server Certificate and select or import SSL certificate. After you have done
this go to Edit and select "Require Secure Channel" and "Require 128 bit
encryption".
