Someone used my FTP server as a warez site (they uploaded
a movie as many .RAR files).
Now I can't delete the files even though I am logged in as
Administrator. The hacker used some weird naming
conventions so that Windows thinks the files have been
moved or deleted. When I go in through DOS and use the
non-8dot3, I am able to navigate the directory structure,
but am denied access when trying to delete the files.
It is even more complicated than this, but ultimately what
I want to do is regain ownership and delete the files.
Any help will be appreciated.
