Denyace<3

I am running a web server and have a sql database linkage.I have run
IISlockdown but have found that my c:\inetpub\site has been given
denyace<3.When I try access this site it brings up a default page witout
any routing to my welcome page as specified within the site.

I have been through all the permissions to check they are correct but am
still unable to view my page.

Any ideas,thanks
