Yes, I have done that as well as configuring the PasswordCacheTTL,
PasswordChangeFlags and PasswordExpirePrenotifyDays specified in 184619.
After I set up the virtual directory and set those parameters I restarted
IIS. I had thought that I could access the web site with a user whose
password is about to expire and receive a notice that this was the case, but
I don't get any notice.
