putting it clearly,
i forgot to say that my intra-net
is behind a firewall
my sql server (published)
my web server (iis+sql suscription)
are in the intra-net
what happend if i move web server
outside the firewall ?
i have still to walk to server, right
but, its possible replication ?

No it's not, not having remote access to a server is perfectly normal when security is an issue. You have to walk to the box and login locally as an admin to have enough rights to actually replace web site code (files).
