IIS 6.0 -cant download exe files

Hi all,

I' ve got an IIS 6.0 and cant download exe and com files. Other File work.
I think I have set all permissions. Looks like urlscan for IIS 5.0 but i
cant find an urlscan.ini on my IIS 6.0 and I havent installed anything like
that.

any Idea?
