Hi Mike,

The users also have to have NTFS permissions on the folder where the png is
located. If that's not it, you could use FileMon to see if there are
permissions missing somewhere.

Hope this helps!

| Hi All,
|
| Hope I'm in the right Newsgroup and I can get back here to
| find your answers. My problem involves users of our web
| site getting info from a virtual directory so I think it
| might be a security issue.
|
| Our server is running W2K and IIS 5.0.
|
| I'm executing an VBScript(ASP) that is creating a graph
| and putting it in a folder on another drive(D) which I
| have set up as a Virtual Dir. It's a .png file. As Admin.
| I have no trouble viewing this graph through the web site,
| but anyone else(users) get a blank html page with place-
| holder and an 'X' where the graph should be.
|
| I've set up Virtual Dir. with the Wizard and it shows up
| in the IIS tree.
|
| I'm stumped.
|
| How can I allow access to this Dir. to my users?
|
| Thanks,
| Mike
